The safety of the crew is always maintained when any craft goes to space. The abort system of the craft helps in ensuring the safety of the lives of the crew in the craft. The abort system hence designed is all explained. The manned ship is all set with a functional abort system that can be relied on to the fullest at the time of emergency. In the October month of the year 2018, the Soyuz abort system brought two members of the crew safe on the earth and saved both their lives in the case when there was no chance of their escape from the international space station. In a very similar way, the abort systems are prepared by Boeing and Space X to ensure mere safety of the crew members. Most of the abort system cannot be relied on to the fullest. But this also has to be considered that not all the abort systems are the same. The Boeing and Space X are designing the crafts in the way so that the craft can fly back to earth in the case of emergency.
Neither of both the company has tested its abort system on the new vehicle that is about to be commercially used. In the initial tests, both have been in trouble with the beginning of the initial tests as they were proved not to be enough for the safe landing of the astronauts on the earth.
The Boeing made the report of an anomaly while the testing of the abort system. But this anomalies are going to save the astronauts and will make the launch of the spacecraft safe for the crew members.
The life-threatening consequence after the case of emergency arrives is something that is against the interest of the crew members. If we talk of the system, then there are two ways with which the members can be rescued or aborted, and that is the new push method or the old tried push method. In the older method, there were some rocket boosters installed on the tip capsule of the spacecraft.

There are eight super dragon engines which are embedded in the craft that can help the capsule be pushed away.
