Scottsdale Police have made an arrest in connection with the discovery of a body in Papago Park on May 23.
Edward Nichole Hughes has bee arrested in connection with the death of Julian Gion Franco Gonzales. He has bee charged with
homicide, probation violations, assault, criminal trespass and burglary.
According to the Scottsdale Police Department, Hughes was a known acquaintance of the 29-year-old Gonzales.
