On Saturday night, December 5, 2015, Denver Police officers responded to the 1500 block of N. Ogden Street on a report of a stabbing. The victim had a minor hand injury as a result of being cut with a knife.
The suspect fled the scene prior to officer’s arrival. While officers were completing the report, a fight broke out in the same area. When they went to break it up, two suspects fled on foot and was apprehended a block away.
Through their investigation, it was learned that the victim in the fight was the suspect in the stabbing. The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Francesca Rodarte was arrested for aggravated assault. Three other suspects were also arrested; 20-year-old Feliciano Guerrero was the victim in the second assault, but a suspect in the initial aggravated assault and he was arrested for the role he played in that incident, as well as for an outstanding warrant.
The suspects in the fight, 22-year-old Anastasia Ross and 25-year-old Avion Glaspy were also arrested for assault.
