Most of us keep up our struggle to figure out the dreams that we had last night. Now there is a science to it — the reason nothing but the cycle of sleep which is quite complicated. There is an extra flow of blood that is meant for the crucial parts of the brain. During the state of Rem, the extra blood flow is meant for the cortex of the brain. This is the main part which fills our dream with the content and the system, and this ultimately happens to influence the whole emotional system that we have in our body. While we are in this state of the dream-friendly state of mind, they fire us with some electrical activity. They direct the critical things in our minds.
This does mean that we accept all that is happening in a binding way. The problem becomes quite jumbled. Dreams have a clear structure, which is quite easy for us to remember. But there is a crucial chemical component for making sure that the components of the dreams are retained. The chemical component is known as noradrenaline. This is a hormone that primes the body and the whole mind for the action. Thus, this helps in perfectly leveling the state of our deep sleep. According to the researchers, this is known to one of the best features that people do not remember the dream. Having a dream life and the practical life to a different is a very positive thing.
