TUCSON, AZ – Comic-Con fans in Tucson will have to wait until September 2022 to enjoy the popular annual event.
Organizers canceled the event last year due to the pandemic. The show is now set for Sept. 2-4 at the Tucson Convention Center.

Many of you have been asking us if Tucson Comic-Con will be returning for 2021. We were really hoping for TCC to make a return in 2021 but sadly, it just isn’t in the cards. We have determined it would be in everyone’s best interest to play it safe and reschedule for 2022.
The great news however is that TCC will now take place a bit earlier in the year, starting next year! The set dates for the 2022 show are September 2-4 at the Tucson Convention Center in Downtown Tucson, Arizona.
Due to the uncertainty of the pandemic, we never actually opened attendee ticket sales for the 2020 and 2021 shows. But if you are an exhibitor that already pre-purchased table or booth space back in 2019 for the next show, your space will automatically transfer to the 2022 show. We do understand that it may not be realistic for some exhibitors to return for the 2022 show, so if this applies to you, please contact us at exhibitors@tucsoncomic-con.com so that we may assist you with arrangements.
As a small family-owned business, we completely understand that you all play an important role in the success of Tucson Comic-Con. From its humble beginnings in 2008, we’ve watched our show grow from a small gathering of just 500 fans in a single-day event to a 3-day regional-sized show with A-List comic creators, celebrity guests and lots of great programming. We wouldn’t have been able to do all of this without all of you, so from the bottoms of our hearts, we thank you all for your ongoing dedication and support! Although we’re sad that we won’t be able to see everyone for yet another year, we look forward to a great show in 2022!
We greatly appreciate everyone’s understanding. Please stay safe out there and we’ll see you all again before you know it!
