With the study, it was found that 87% of the mass skipping breakfast have a higher risk of developing cardiovascular mortality when putting to the comparison of the people who had their breakfast daily.
In the Journal this statement was claimed by Dr. Wei Bao who was an assistant of the epidemiology in the uni9versity of Lowa and the senior author of the whole city. Breakfast has been believed to be the most important meal of the day that must not be skipped at any cost. Dr Bao states this that the paper of the research is enough for the people to know the significance of having breakfasts. This is not just a belief, but this is a reality. There are stro9ng factors that can cause cardiovascular issues that can even lead to death.
The cardiovascular diseases are the ones which include strokes, cardiac arrest, etc. This is one of the leading reason of deaths all over the world, and thus one must not skip the breakfasts as they can be the reason of the cardiovascular issues as well.
There were also separate data that helped in determining the health status of the people since the year 2011. This also made it clear that most of the deaths are due to cardiovascular issues. A close look was taken by the researchers about the intake of breakfasts and the mortality rate at the specific place. As per the data, Breakfast, as told to be the reason behind most of the deaths rare breakfast or to skip the breakfast, leads to a higher rate of the disorder of the heart according to the study. If the breakfast-skippers are compared to the ones who took breakfast daily, then it can be assured that breakfast is the very reason which is causing numerous death due to heart issues.
